Sallie Lavelle
Matriarch of the firm and its President and CEO since 1982, Sallie is responsible for all administrative and corporate decisions. She oversees insurance, bonding, banking, and accounting as well as staffing and client development.

Robert Lavelle, Jr.
With years of on-the-job experience as a laborer, foreman and project manager as well as a degree, Bob leads DELTA/BJDS' Environmental division. Bob is also responsible for handling all project personnel, for environmental buying, and leads the emergency environmental response efforts.

James Lavelle
A University of Delaware grad, Jim handles all facets of new constructions. He has responsibility for overseeing project managers and material purchases for DELTA/BJDS' insulation division.

Damian Lavelle
Damian, who earned his Bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, is responsible for turnkey projects with interior demolition and environmental aspects and for handling lead, PCB, and mold remediation projects. Damian is also the firm's point person for financial and legal matters.
